SDK：为本地显式验证项目自动装配编排内核

invoke_agent 的本地路径检测 explicit_validation 后，使用项目 Trace 路径创建文件 TaskStore 和 ArtifactStore，并读取可选 ORCHESTRATION_CONFIG 完成装配。legacy_auto 项目保持原有启动流程。
