chore:补充V536实验Apollo配置(基于V569+item_recall_weight=1.1)

Apollo 配置 rank.score.merge.weightv536 对应 V536 召回提权实验:
- 基础参数复制自 weightv569 (因为 V536 实验代码本身就基于 V569)
- 新增 item_recall_weight: 1.1,用于对 4 路目标召回来源命中的 item 提权 10%
