pq - A pure Go postgres driver for Go's database/sql package

Install

go get github.com/lib/pq

Features

  • Handles bad connections for database/sql
  • Scan time.Time correctly (i.e. timestamp[tz], time[tz], date)

Status

This package is effectively in maintenance mode and is not actively developed. Small patches and features are only rarely reviewed and merged. We recommend using pgx which is actively maintained.
